Mouthwatering Macaroni Cooked in Traditional Indian Style.
Ingredients:
- Macaroni pasta 200 gms
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Medium Capsicum
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Oil 2 Tsp.
- Tomato ketchup
- Soya Sauce
- Green Chilli Sauce
- Vinegar
Method:
- Boil 6 cups of water, add macaroni & a tsp of oil. cook till macaroni is done. drain & keep aside.
- Chop Onions, Tomato & Capsicum finely.
- To oil, Add Onions & saute till they turn pink.
- Add Tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become soft.
- Then Simmer the heat Add Capsicum , Salt, Red Chill Powder and cook for few minutes.
- Then Add boiled Macaroni in it and sauté till the masala gets mixed well with the macaroni.
- After that Add 1 tsp of Soya Sauce, Green Chill Sauce, Tamato Ketchup & Vinegar on top of it and mixed it well.
Remove from fire & serve hot.
